Salmon Toe brings Ronnie Fieg and Kith back to one of their defining ASICS collaborations. The navy upper, white stripes and salmon forefoot give this pair a familiar identity, with the contrasting toe doing most of the talking. The original GEL-LYTE III arrived in 2011 around Kith’s opening, followed by Salmon Toe 2.0 in 2016 and a GEL-LYTE V edition in 2021. This return marks Kith’s 15th anniversary and brings the colorway to the GEL-LYTE III. The appeal is the connection to that early Kith era, carried through the recognizable color blocking and shape. For collectors who remember the original, the history is already there. For everyone else, the navy and salmon combination can stand on its own.
Kith Stans show up...sometimes. Of all the silhouettes Kith has collaborated on over the years, I think the GEL-LYTE III has held its value the best. That is the strongest part of this setup, but a familiar name and an anniversary story still do not make every asking price a good entry. I have Salmon Toe in HOLD ZONE with a $210 to $275 Target Entry. My Hype Factor is 56/100 and Expected Supply is LOW. That supply call is my assessment, not a confirmed production count. I want to see how demand for this particular return develops before treating the history as a reason to chase. Keep the target range in mind, compare the price in your size and let the market give you a reason to move.
September 28, 2026 is the reported release date, with the return appearing in Kith’s The Footwear Archive book. The retail price has not been confirmed, so the $210 to $275 Target Entry should not be confused with MSRP. My access note is shop only, although current reporting also mentions Kith online. Check Kith’s announcement before planning around either route. Regional availability, sizing and purchase restrictions are still unclear, and there is no confirmed product or draw link to point you toward yet. Uncle Chrissy’s Raffles & Drops will carry access updates, while CHECK LIVE PRICE lets you compare the current market. Come back as launch details settle and the buying window becomes clearer.
